I saw this nice activity in Instagram- La Casita Educativa.
It’s basically getting an egg carton, I used a 6 egg holder but a bigger ones
would be better.
Stuents will color the worksheets as indicated on each Seasonal
item.
Then, have them cut
each picture and glue it onto craft sticks to make puppets that you can use for
even more games later.
I glued a small piece of carton and cut four slits on top of
an egg carton.
Color your own worksheets and make a pattern sheet that your
will recreate on the egg carton and name each item as the put the puppet into
the slit.
Students: pengin, snowman, snowflake.
Worksheets are for students to
use all their creativity in completing them. This set of worksheets is based on
the basic emotions: happy, sad and angry.
Students can complete the face if you want. Then, they can cut all the items
and sort them into feelings.
Check on your student’s progress on the unit by
using the worksheets. Review the parts of the face and/or the body. Students can name the aprts of the body on each item on the worksheet, such as the snowman: arms, hands, legs, head, stomach, etc.
Worksheets are for further practice to consolidate and review vocabulary from previous units such the face. There is a set of acorns, one for reviewing the facial features.
