This is a Seasons sorting teaching idea for your kids. Use it as a way for independent review of the unit. Students will sort and name the Seasons items. I used 2 manila file folder and glued them together to make space for the four seasons.

Seasons Unit Pocket Charts Vocabulary Activities

A tool to review vocabulary.Students can experience language by reading the Seasons Unit words and work in cooperation. Give them their cross out sheet placed into a clear sheet. Give students whiteboard markers and as you announce a word and put on the pocket chart students will find it on their sheet and cross it out.

Four Seasons Domino Game

 There is a domino for each season. Spatial awareness is one of the skills that students will achieve as they put the tiles in the corresponding space. This kind of games is fundamental to learn to take turns. This learning skill will be useful for speaking as they will also have to take turns to respond as they work in groups.
