The Circus Unit Cutouts will attract your students’ attention as they get to grab each object or person such as the clown, the magician. They really appeal to the visual learners.

Make the arrows pointers using the templates, add a craft stick and wiggly eyes.

Make a train line with all the zoo animals to review them. It can also be a classroom decor. Use the pointer to name all the animals on the train. Ask about the color.

Teacher: What color are the lions?

Students: yellow!

Use the cutouts to make a Circus Scene. Use the Scene as Your English class decoration or an extension activity.Students can place the Circus cutouts on the scene as they name each object or person that works in a Circus.

The Circus using the cutouts creates speaking opportunities.

Some students are ready to read and labeling is a way to put them on track for the next step.

I love to include a feed me box to all the units. I found this cute tent clip art and students can feed any cutout and play in small groups. This activity is easy for the very little ones.

Make this clown face puppet to review the parts of the face.
