Robot Craft Activity

The robot is a fun craft to wrap up this unit. First, dictate the colors of each body part. Students will then cut the robot into head, body, arms, legs and feet. Use brass fasteners to assemble the robot and start playing!

Teacher: Move the head!

Students can describe their craft: This is my robot. The robot has two arms, two legs, two hands and one head.

Dress for the ocassion.

I am making cardigan buttons for all the units. You can use it for face to face class or for online. For this one, I glued these bdy  ítems onto fun foam. I opened a slit in the middle of each one and passed it through the buttons.

Review the parts of the body using the cutouts words. Have the words ready for the students to place on each body part.

Or just make a poster to put in the classroom for the vocabulary review.

 For your older students that are starting to read. Give them the word cutouts to label the skeleton.

Body Unit Worksheet 3. A simple cut and paste activity with the shapes involved. Dictate the color of each shape head.
