Robot Craft Activity

The robot is a fun craft to wrap up this unit. First, dictate the colors of each body part. Students will then cut the robot into head, body, arms, legs and feet. Use brass fasteners to assemble the robot and start playing!

Teacher: Move the head!

Students can describe their craft: This is my robot. The robot has two arms, two legs, two hands and one head.

Parts of the Body Unit Reward for ESL and EFL Students

Celebrate your students’ success with a fun Parts of the Body Unit Reward!  At the end of the unit, present each student with a special reward card to acknowledge their hard work and participation throughout the lessons.

Simply print the reward cards included in the resource and hand them out during your end-of-unit celebration. As you give each student their card, take a moment to provide positive feedback about their progress.

Teacher: "Maria, here is your Parts of the Body Reward Card. You did an excellent job learning the body vocabulary and completing all the activities. I am very proud of your effort!"

Dress for the ocassion.

I am making cardigan buttons for all the units. You can use it for face to face class or for online. For this one, I glued these bdy  ítems onto fun foam. I opened a slit in the middle of each one and passed it through the buttons.

Halloween Skeleton Body Parts Q-Tip Painting Activity

Students use Q-tips dipped in paint to decorate and color different parts of the skeleton as the teacher indiates: Paint the head!

 As children paint, they listen, point, repeat, and identify each body part.

 For your older students that are starting to read. Give them the word cutouts to label the skeleton.

Skeleton shapes worksheets

 A simple cut and paste activity with the shapes involved. Dictate the color of each shape head.
