Here are some teaching tips for the end of the theme.LINK to the resource:   https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Product/Emotions-Unit-for-Kindergarten-Holistic-English-Series-7-6080954

Emotions unit CRAFT. Make  toilet paper puppets! Fun and easy. Students can use it to greet people to say good bye and to repeat vocabulary for this unit and any other. The puppet can be used to review the face parts and the emotions. I added the emotions words to sort them.
Puppets also aid you as a teacher to tell a story using the puppets and changing the voice for each emotion.

Valentine's Day!
Starting with three emotions flashcards for happy sad and angry using an emotion heart.
And there are the small cards to use with small groups teaching or online.

I am adding the Valentine's Emotions Puppets to this resource:

VIDEO:
Just two worksheets to go with the holiday. Dictate the color of the eyes of each heart. Do the same with the nose and mouth. Also say the color of each heart emotion.
Teacher: Look at the angry heart. Color the eyes green!

The drawing mat is easy to put together just by using a clear plastic sheet and dry erase markers.

The gameboard with Valentine boys and girls as markers. Just print and play even at aValentine's Day party.

Blow up some valentine's Day color balloons and glue the Emotions hearts on each one. Hang the balloons where the students can touch them as you name the emotion.
