Set 1 of Worksheets. These will be the student’s flashcards.

A video related to the set of worksheets. Sorry for the blopper at the end of the video. It should be, What color is number six?

Dictate to the students the color of each number on the card.
 Teacher: Number one is green.

Students can cut the cards and use them as their own flashcards for so many games and activities that you can plan.

There is more to do with the worksheets than just coloring. Students can order the numbers.

Students can match any other number, in this case, I used the cutouts. I also punched circles to make correspondence. This is a great activity for visual discrimination skills as they match all the cards and cutouts.

Take a look at the video.

Set 2 of worksheets trace. Students will write the numbers 1 to 10. Have the students trace each number and color as indicated.

Cut the numbers and do another activity. The worksheets can be used for even more.

I made a stamp using an old cork and a fun foam shape.

Glue each number onto paper. Use the stamp for the quantity and write the number in words.

Here is the video on I did it.

More Numbers 1 to 10 tracing worksheets. Use them as a listening practice.
Teacher: Find number one! Color it purple.
Tell students to follow the arrow and say what number is next.
Finally, have the students follow the path and say each number.

Numbers 1 to 10 tracing worksheets

Writing the numbers practice. Print the tablet template and place it inside a clear plastic sheet. Dictate a number and have the students write it using a whiteboard marker.

Take a look!

Matching numbers. This worksheet  is  a mean to develop fine motor skills such as coloring and gluing or pasting where each number belongs.

Pompoms numbers Worksheets.
Use the worksheets and turn them into a book.

Or use the worksheets for more activities, such as matching the numbers. I created toilet paper number puppets, numbers crafts stick puppets. I also used bottle caps. Check it out on the video.

Use bottle caps to match to each number pompom. I also made toilet paper puppets as I traced the number and glued them. Or maybe you prefer craft stick puppets to play match.

If you like to review a previous unit, I think that you would like the crayon box worksheets  that can also be turned into a book.

There is another set of worksheets using the same crayon boxes.

By following paths or lines in different directions will help with the pre-reading and writing phase.Use the worksheets to play a game using small fly swatters.
