Questions and Answers about the TPT store

 So many teachers ask me questions about the store and I will answer some of them on this page.

Question 1: How do I buy? How do I get the resource?

First, go to the store at the link:   https://www.teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Holistic-English-Resources-By-Rosa-Amelia

Select the resource that you would like to see. Read all the description. Click on the blog post LINK and see if the resource is what you need.  Then CLICK on add to cart. It will take you to the cart for secure checkout. Follow from there with the payment options. Once you have paid, the download will inmediately show for you to click and get your resource.

Question 2: How do I download? 

If the resource is free, just click download!

If the resource is paid, the download option will just show up.

Question 3: Payment options. These are the ones that the offer. There are no payment plans.

Question 4: Why can't I download from the blog?

I post LINKS to the free and paid resource on each blog post. You can't download the resource directly from the blog.

Question 5: Can I ask for a specific request or material?

Yes, sure you can. You can write an email:ei98srl@gmail.com

Question 6: How to look for an activity?

The best is to use the labels on the right side of the blog. You can also go to the store and use the search box.

Question 7: What age are the resources for?

My resources are intended to be used with English Language Learners that are in Preschool or Kindergarten, the ages between 3 to 6. You can adapt the resource to the level they are at. 

Question 7: Can I learn about a product?

SURE! Yes, you can email me: ei98srl@gmail.com. I will answer any question that you have related to any product from the store that you would like to purchase but you are not sure if it will work for your stidents.
